We are offering a Free 1-Hour Consultation to families to help educate them about the College Planning process and to provide them with important information about where they stand in regards to obtaining College Financial Aid. Included in this Free Consultation are the following:
Learn more about the College Financial Aid process – The College enrollment process is a complex and daunting challenge. Our expert advisers will provide you with an overview on the College Financial Aid process, information on the many different Financial Aid forms, and a good understanding of the various steps involved in this process.
Determine your Tuition Score – A Tuition Score is a unique and comprehensive preparation tool for families with children planning to attend college. The Tuition Score represents the knowledge, preparedness, and financial health a family has relative to their planned college investment.
Project your Expected Family Contribution – A family’s Expected Family Contribution (EFC) is the minimum amount a family is “expected” to contribute towards the cost of College (as determined by the Financial Aid forms that are submitted). More importantly, we will provide an explanation of what it means, how it applies to your “actual” contribution amount, and how that will affect your overall cost to attend a selected College.
Estimate your Financial Aid package – The Financial Aid package offered by Colleges is different for each school and different for each family. Based upon the schools your family is considering, along with many other factors, our expert advisers will be able to provide you with an estimate on the Financial Aid package that may be offered by a particular College.
Evaluate College’s you are considering – College applicants typically apply to many different schools during the admissions process. Both the “affordability” of a College and the student’s “ability” to get into a particular College are major factors to consider when determining which Colleges to apply to. Understanding what the “real” cost is for a particular College, will help narrow down the list of potential Colleges to consider.
A free consulting session with one of our advisers will provide a family with valuable insight into the College Planning process. We would welcome the opportunity to work with your family to help you understand more about the College Admissions and Financial Aid process.
